Hi! I’m Megan Smith, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who works with Millennials and Gen Z navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward, even though they may look like they’re holding things together on the outside. I believe therapy starts with building a safe, trusting, and affirming relationship. Together, we’ll explore your past experiences, make sense of what’s happening in your present, and work toward the future you want for yourself.
In our first few sessions, you can expect a supportive space where we get to know each other, begin talking about your current struggles, and clarify goals in a way that feels manageable and collaborative. What makes my practice unique is my belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is healing.
Having a space where you feel genuinely seen and accepted allows room for curiosity, growth, and trying new ways of being without fear of judgment. I’m passionate about this work because I love learning alongside my clients and supporting them as they build confidence, courage, and a life that feels more aligned and meaningful.
