It is an honor to support humans on their journey to wellness. As a psycho-spiritual therapist, I weave in elements of the greater mystery we're all part of, bringing the macro-cosm into our personal experience. My work with clients is deep soul work, aligning them with the right resources, at the right time, for what is ready to heal now. I help clients identify patterns that keep them stuck and blocked from living the life they desire. Using energy psychology techniques like Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping), I guide the release of stagnant energy that no longer serves them. All the while the client's soul leads the healing.
It has been a great blessing to now offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, an in-office treatment to address chronic depression and suicidal ideation or “treatment-resistant depression.” If you are in need of relief, now is the time to see what is possible.
I specialize in working with trauma and engaging clients in gentle techniques that clear the physiological imprints that create suffering (PTSD). If you have a history of trauma and are looking for a supportive environment to break free from the chains of your past, please reach out. I am looking forward to working with you.
