Virtual Only at this Time! Licensed in 3 states: CA, NC and DC! Are you having trouble with Adult Family Relationships, friendship relationships, work relationships? Do you feel like you need to yell to be heard? Are you having trouble with friendships not respecting your boundary? Are you wanting more respectful relationships, wanting to communicate your needs in a healthy way? Are you finding yourself reacting to things more than is justified for the situation? Do you put others before you at the cost of yourself? Feeling depressed and anxious because you end up in the same relationships over and over again?
I specialize in: Adult relationships, family relationships, codependency, work burnout, and finding your true self/voice. I use modalities such as motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, CBT and others. I've been a therapist since 2014 years and deeply love this work!
We all struggle in relationships. There's nothing wrong with you, bad or fundamentally impaired about you. Many of these patterns we learn from our families in childhood or they were modeled in another setting. The good news is that there is an alternative way to live, you are taking the first step by reaching out and investing in yourself!

Relationship 101 Group
Using material from John and Julie Gottman, the Mark Groves Podcast, and Marshall Rosenberg I have combined a path of self-exploration that takes into consideration the people we love and sometimes struggle with connecting. Through this course, you will gain insight on the way you show up in relationships, practical tools to use to come back to your truth, and how to be heard in your relationship. Together, with others who are just like you, you will explore some inner truths that will shed light on your future relationships.
