Anxiety, depression, and stress can make us feel like we are battling a chronic pain. It can weigh us down and make us wonder if things will ever get better. As a trauma informed attachment-based therapist, I am dedicated to improving the lives of those struggling with self-acceptance, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Through my time working with a diverse set of populations, experiencing a wide range of difficulties, I believe I am a partner in your journey. My approach to therapy is focused on coming alongside clients to understand who they are without judgment and working with them to achieve the results they would like to see.

I specialize in working with first responders and folks in high stress career fields. My use of EFIT, CBT, DBT and a psychodynamic lens help clients to feel they better understand themselves. My education as a master's level social worker greatly informs my practice and allows me to understand how social issues impact mental health for all groups.

I primarily use Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and have found this therapy to be helpful for a variety of client concerns. I also utilize psychodynamic approaches and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). During treatment, we will identify the origins of unhelpful thoughts and narratives that impact self-esteem and challenge you to engage with suppressed emotions, allowing healing.
