As a clinical social worker, I approach therapy from a sociological perspective and look at each individual with a fresh lens based on their unique life circumstances. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families of all ages with varying issues. My treatment approach modalities include CBT, mindfulness, inner child work, trauma focused CBT, motivational interviewing and more. I have experience working with all ages however I specialize in teens and adults. I meet clients where they are at so they can comfortably move at their own pace to meet their goals.
