However, many people also avoid therapy for fear of sitting in a stuffy room with a prescriptive doctor-style therapist. That’s not me. Therapy with me isn’t stuffy or prescriptive; rather, it’s a simple conversation between two people that invites authenticity, fun, joy, sadness, cussing, laughing, and the realness of humanity.
