Prior to my current role, I worked in behavioral therapy with children ages 18 months to 10 years old diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. I am passionate about providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults, and I have enjoyed expanding my work to include adult clients. In my work with clients, I prioritize building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and rapport, creating a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and the development of meaningful skills.
I tailor therapy to each client’s unique background, culture, experiences, and values. I emphasize building a strong therapeutic relationship and, when working with minors, prioritize collaboration with caregivers to support the client’s growth both in and outside of sessions.
