I collaborate with young/adults (16+) navigating the impact of social, cultural, and interpersonal distress and trauma. I work to be culturally affirming of ALL bodies, identities and expressions, beliefs and curiosities, and ways of life. Whether your journey involves navigating complex trauma, embracing self-discovery, or grounding in spiritual and mind-body practices, I’m here to collaborate with you in a way that honors your unique path, keeps things real, and has a few laughs along the way.

I use a mix of teaching you my education and therapy tools, along with brain and body-focused methods. My goal is to help you understand the generational patterns, biology/body factors, and cultural, spiritual, and social identities across time that shape your experiences and impact you in the here and now.

Healing is never one thing. Ideally, you will dedicate yourself to your healing and explore various healing solutions, practices, and a village of practitioners and supports. I believe YOU hold the power to transform and heal. I’m here to collaborate in finding your most liberated self, to reclaim your true nature, and to spread that truth to the world.
