I work with individuals, couples, teens, families, and children. My training and education is in Marriage and Family Therapy, which is based in Systems Theory. I have complete an externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and work with a Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems-informed (IFS), and trauma-informed approach.
Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and open. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported, where all parts of you are welcome. My hope is to help you reconnect with yourself and your loved ones, and move toward more ease, clarity, and connection.
