In my office I approach each person with dignity and respect to help them improve their circumstances or challenges in whatever way they see fit. We will work together to figure out what you need, how to get there, & how to make you feel safe and valued. We each have unique experiences and pasts that influence where we are in this journey of life. I enjoy working with adults & teens to find their strengths in order to empower and assist them to become the version of themselves they desire to be. Whether you are struggling to overcome trauma, wanting to make changes in your life, or looking to improve overall, we will work together.
I specialize in working with teens & adults with complex relationship issues/dynamics, abuse history, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life stressors or changes in order to improve their quality of life and better understand themselves and their experiences. I also workly closely with members of the LGBTQ+ community and their families.
