Therapy can be intimidating to begin. In my office I approach each person as an individual to create a safe and judgment free space for them to be who they are. We each have unique experiences that influence where we are in our journey through life. I enjoy working with clients that have many different backgrounds and stories to help them improve their quality of life and realize their worth. My goal will be to walk through the difficult or confusing paths they face and help them feel empowered to create the life they desire.
I have specialize working with teens and adults with complex relationship issues, abusive family or romantic relationship dynamics, trauma/PTSD, and life stressors in order to improve their quality of life and better understand themselves and their experiences. I strive to help clients have healthy boundaries & relationships, while honoring their feelings.
