I am a holistic licensed clinical therapist who has worked in mental healthcare for years. I have diverse experience in providing therapy to teens and adults who are ready to engage in healing. In sessions I utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP). In addition, I use EMDR for addressing trauma.
