I have a great passion for supporting others in healing and with a little bit of guidance I truly believe that healing and is possible for everyone. Life involves constant change and therefore opportunity for growth, and I am eager to support you in the path your life has taken you. I utilize a client-centered approach that emphasizes individualized needs and use of a variety of techniques and theories for the establishment and achievement of goals. My theoretical orientation is grounded on the foundation of establishing safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship.
I have a background in supporting a variety of topics including trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, emotional regulation, relationships, and more. In the last year I was also certified in Hypnotherapy and love using this technique (for adults) for healing by gaining access to the subconscious and removing blocks and obstacles.
I have been fortunate to gain experience working for a Mental Health agency providing high level of care services to children and families throughout Montana and look forward to continuing this work.
