I focus on blending various modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and more. I also provide psychoeducation and skills practice in somatics and skill building regarding ADHD to the neurodivergent population.
