Do you sometimes feel like "too much" or "not enough"? Do you struggle with self-esteem or body image? Are you someone overwhelmed by your daily life? My goal is to help you weather these storms with resilience and come out better, happier, and healthier. At the core of my work is the belief that every person is inherently worthy. Together, we’ll work to help you reconnect, rediscover, and embrace your inherent worth.
I use a Person-centered approach to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can learn, grow, and thrive. I pride myself on using evidence-based practices and neuroscience-informed frameworks so you get the care you need. Together, we will work collaboratively on the goals you set, to help you navigate the issues that are important to you!
My areas of focus are eating disorders, body image, adult students of all ages, adoptive/foster parents, and clients in the LGBTQ+ community. Folks in the trans and eating disorder recovery communities are especially invited to reach out. Feel free to reach out for an initial consultation. I look forward to talking with you!
