In our sessions together, you’ll drive the boat; I’m just here to shine a light on any icebergs you may not have noticed. That can look like delving deep into past traumas that may be still affecting you today, confronting challenges head on with a new coping skill, or simply asking why life has turned out so differently from how you thought it would.
I specialize in working with women who have been impacted by addiction–whether you have a substance use problem, or love someone who does. Additionally, my areas of practice include trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I want to help you live a life based on your values and how you want to show up in the world.
My style is warm and approachable. We might work best together if you are looking for a place to rest your shame and guilt for an hour each week and be met with compassion and care. I use a variety of modalities, including ACT, DBT, CPT, and others.
