I offer individual and family counseling for adolescents and adults ages 16-70. I individualize treatment based on person's needs but primary approach is Mindfulness and CBT. I utilize meditation and mindfulness to help people establish a mind-body connection in alleviating stress, depression and anxiety. I look to a person's inherent strengths and skills to guide the treatment process . I am a certified addiction counselor and offer treatment for addictions or referrals to higher levels of care if needed.
