Ms. West employs an eclectic approach with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She also specializes in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, & Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As a dual-diagnosis counselor, she has significant experience addressing co-occurring alcohol and drug concerns.
