Does life feel like a record that is on repeat or like you are always running a race that you are not winning? You are not alone in this feeling. Life can make us feel unappreciated, scared, rushed, lost, insecure, conflicted or all of the above. The good news is, navigating and processing life's challenges does not have to be done alone. My work with individuals and families has included processing grief, loss, trauma, hopelessness, uncertainty or loss of an identity. I am here to listen without judgement and to help you along your journey. It is important to remember that there is a future and healing can take time.

In my practice, I integrate strength-focused and evidence-based methodologies to help a person to process, understand their past and develop tools to utilize to fuel positive change in their life. I also incorporate education on the mind and body to help navigate through personal, peer and/or relationship conflict.
It took a lot of courage to consider starting therapy and that can be your way of achieving the first stage of change. Having a strong therapeutic connection is important, so lets have a conversation on what you are looking for in your healing journey.
