Let's find calm in the chaos together. Hello, I’m a dedicated mindfulness-based counselor here to guide your child and you on your journey toward holistic well-being. I believe in the transformative power of mindfulness to cultivate awareness, foster resilience, and promote inner peace. I weave mindful exploration into my counseling sessions, workshops, and parenting consultations. In addition to my counseling license and degree, I hold a Master’s degree in Special Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and Children’s and Hatha Yoga instructor certificates.
I'm committed to supporting young clients as they explore stress, grief, peer relationships, and social skills. Throughout the year, I offer small group counseling workshops for kids. Also, sessions with parents/guardians enable me to provide insight and strategies to those seeking guidance and support in navigating the complexities of raising children.
My practice is humanistic in nature, helping clients to identify and explore their strengths, positive qualities, and self-compassion, leading to self-growth.
