With 20+ years in social services, I hold a Master’s in Social Work (Ohio University) and M.S. in Psychology. Raised between Florida and Ohio in the 1980s, I was inspired by early experiences to support resilience and emotional well-being. I’ve worked in shelters, hospitals, nursing homes, and home-based care, always honoring every story with compassion.
I understand that making time for therapy is a big step, especially with the demands of daily life. To make the process as convenient as possible, I offer weekday evening appointments — typically at 7:00 or 8:00 PM EST — so you can prioritize your well-being without disrupting your routine.
