Hello there! Finding the right therapist is tough, and it's important not only to work with someone who has actually has training and experience in working with your struggles, but also someone with whom you feel a genuine connection. It's important not only to work with someone who has actually has training and experience in working with your struggles, but also someone with whom you feel a genuine connection. Should you choose to begin the therapy process with me, I will make every effort to provide a non-judgmental, safe, and client-centered space for you to heal and grow.
I am experienced in working with clients with eating disorders, PTSD, OCD, emetophobia (fear of vomiting), and various mood, anxiety, and personality disorders. I have received extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy, and have experience implementing Exposure and Response Prevention treatment.
I am happy to provide a free 15-minute consultation for any questions you might have and to determine whether I would be the right fit for you. Please don't hesitate to reach out via email or phone call, both of which are checked regularly (voicemail is Google Voice; you will hear a prompt to state your name). I look forward to hearing from you!
