I take an integrative approach that looks at the whole person. Your thoughts, feelings, nervous system, and intuition all matter. Each of these avenues provides valuable information and influences the way you experience the world. My style is rooted in attachment and psychodynamic theory while addressing nervous system regulation and somatic techniques.
I also weave in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, ERP, Compassion Focused Therapy, EMDR, and polyvagal theory. Additionally, I have training and experience in equine assisted psychotherapy (Natural Lifemanship model). I also have a Registered Therapy dog.
