Seeking help from someone you have never met and discussing your most challenging life obstacles can be very uncomfortable and scary. However, at some point in our lives, searching for guidance and support outside of our friends and family may be needed in order to get you to your desired goal in life. Or maybe you are on the right path, but simply need validation and support. Whether your goals are managing/decreasing anxiety, assisting with family conflict, or guidance with trauma, I can assist you with your desired outcome. I work with all ages from diverse backgrounds.
As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, non-biased, confidential, client-centered environment. I use a wide range of techniques dependent upon age, cultural background, and issue. I have in depth- experience, and currently work with, life transitions, OCD, EAP issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and teen/adolescent issues.
I can also provide guidance, if needing to process the ever-changing events occurring globally/locally, as you may have life altering decisions based on such events. I also treat first responders and am trained in CBT and DBT. I can supply Emotional Support Animal Letters/Assessments if needed.
