I began my career as a school counselor, and have been in private practice since 2009. I enjoy working with people on an individual basis to guide them toward processing and change. My philosophy of counseling is to meet clients in the space in which they are ready, and help them find where they want to be. My history as a counselor includes working with parent/child relationships, couples and individuals to create more effective communication patterns. I enjoy working with clients as young as 10, through the lifespan.

I am trained in EMDR as well as Dialectical Behavior therapy. My yearly educational trainings include the topic of Depression and Anxiety.
