My name is Megan O'Brien. I am an LMFT in the state of California. I meet my clients in their emotional pain to help them push forward in healing their grief. I have been specifically working in grief healing for the past 11 years. I work with adult female empaths who are grieving the death of their person. My clients are healing from usually from the death of their partner/spouse or parent.
I am fairly fluid when with goal setting in grief healing. I feel the biggest part of grief healing is being able to hold the parts of the past and weave them into the present.
I start with my clients with allowing them to openly express what they are feeling in the moment.
