Now offering Ketamine Assisted Therapy! I specialize in holistic and body-based approaches to healing complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and dissociation. My clients often come to me feeling as if they are living their lives in fight or flight mode, experiencing overwhelming or uncontrollable anxiety that results in shame or unrelenting self-criticism. Often they feel stuck in conflict within their own heads, trapped in a cycle of wanting to create change but feeling unable to make it happen. I offer an approach to therapy that is grounded in the understanding that the brain and the body are equally important when it comes to addressing our inner struggles and healing from our past. My training is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, and the TIST Model (Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment).
Each session my priority is to provide a space that evokes a strong sense of safety and emotional attunement so that you know that you are seen, heard, and in capable and trusting care.
