Seasoned trauma therapist and heart-centered human offering compassion focused therapy and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I specialize in healing complex trauma, anxiety, attachment wounding, dissociation, and relational difficulties. My clients often come to me living their lives in fight or flight, experiencing overwhelming anxiety or stuckness that results in shame or unrelenting self-criticism. Often, they feel disconnected, trapped in a cycle of wanting to create the change they seek, but feel unable to make that happen. My extensive (and ever evolving) training is most largely influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS). My vibe is gentle, down to earth, and attuned. I believe there is more to therapeutic work than talk, and will guide you in the process of inner connection.
