I work primarily with adults, and I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief and loss. In addition, I provide support and treatment for individuals navigating bipolar disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I approach my relationships with clients from a place of compassion, empathy, and warm-heartedness. I utilize curiosity, honesty, and reflection to assist clients in identifying patterns and making connections that will help them address current areas of pain and dysfunction.
I primarily utilize CBT, IFS, and DBT. With OCD, I use ERP and ACT approaches. I am trained in Gottman Level 1 and draw upon EFT and attachment theory to support individuals in improving relationship dynamics in their lives. In all my work, I consider the impacts of clients' contexts and the environments and systems in which they live and interact.
