I believe in a whole-person, integrative therapy approach addressing the mind, body, & spirit. Hope is for everyone who desires it & is willing to work toward it. I'm honored to work w/ female clients ages 13 & up needing support through grief, depression, anxiety, attachment styles, trauma, spiritual pain, spiritual challenges, purity culture, blended family, divorce, adjustment, boundaries, conflict resolution, fertility/infant loss & more. When I am not providing therapy services, I'm often with my own blended family, being creative, outdoors, or with a book. I do offer pre-marital counsel with assessment through Prepare & Enrich
I am trained in many interventions, including but not limited to CBT, ACT, IFS, NET, EFT, somatic techniques, brain-spotting & Art Therapy. I also offer Heart Rate Variability (HRV) nervous system work. It's important that you feel you can express what you need, determine your goals, and adjust therapeutic direction as needed.
