If you are finding yourself overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, struggling to manage your emotions, and feeling stuck in a cycle of negativity and self-doubt, there is no better time to pursue change than in the here and now. My goal is to assist you in finding inner peace, emotional stability, and increasing your capacity to overcome personal challenges. This work is done through self-exploration and establishing inner-resilience by channeling individual strengths and integrating the mind-body connection.
I strive to create a client-led, comfortable, and empowering working relationship through trauma-informed care and an eclectic lens of therapeutic approaches. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am passionate about addressing the unique challenges of intersectionality and advocating for those who are underserved or misunderstood.
In this safe, non-judgmental space I invite you to explore your thoughts and feelings, develop individualized coping strategies, and work towards goals that will lead you to a more fulfilling future. Together, we can transform your aspirations into reality.

Groups
The Social Confidence Club
An in person structured group (6 participants) for children ages 9–12 (including those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 1, or social anxiety) that builds confidence and friendships through games, role-plays, and guided activities. Children learn important social skills, including starting conversations, reading social cues, and understanding how others feel. Through games, role-plays, and guided activities, participants practice using these skills in safe, real-life scenarios. Kids build confidence as they connect with peers and form meaningful, positive friendships.
