Taking us farther away from how we want to operate in life. Like a body of waters shoreline, the waters come back to connect. Finding the first step in that connection is hard. As a licensed clinical social worker, certified first responder counselor, personal trainer and nationally registered emergency medical technician; the experiences from each have afforded me the opportunities to understand everyone's needs are not the same. I take a practical approach intertwined with evidenced based techniques to achieve your goals.
