This is where I meet my clients. Their thoughts have become a heavy cloud in their life. Stress is taking the place of joy. School is feeling too hard to handle. They often do not see how therapy can help at first. We work together to build their insight and a therapeutic relationship of trust and understanding.
For a decade I have worked with young people in Special Education, mental health, and schools. I am equipped to help clients grappling with co-occurring issues like anxiety and ASD. I know how learning differences like ADHD impact a student‘s schooling and how to navigate them building skills for success, while connecting them to the support they need.
My mission for clients is to find therapy as a place of growth and progress, abandoning pressures of perfection. They gain peace in understanding that our development is ever evolving and confidence emerges when we recognize our progress along the path.
