Are you feeling stuck, but you're not sure where to start? I help clients struggling with body image, eating disorders, and relational trauma find the root of the issue, and then we collaborate on a plan to get unstuck. Often people reach out to me because they’re feeling uncomfortable in their body. They’re constantly comparing themselves to others and struggling to feel desirable. If you're tired of feeling like your body is a problem, you're ready to make the first step in healing that relationship.
I’m trained in EMDR, the gold standard for trauma treatment, and draw from other somatic modalities like IFS to help you heal your nervous system and give the younger parts of you the care they need. When you learn to connect with your body and younger self, you’ll be able to tap into your innate creativity and confidence.
Your courage led you to seek out help. Keep following that voice and let’s set up a call! Reach out if you are looking for a therapist that approaches each client with cultural humility and affirms all marginalized identities including race, disability, immigrants and refugees, religion, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, and body size.
