A majority of my clinical experience has been focused on working with children and families from diverse backgrounds. I’ve supported clients through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, mood concerns, trauma, school-related stress, behavioral difficulties, and more. My intention is to be a supportive and energizing presence in the therapeutic process—helping to spark meaningful change. I believe that life circumstances, environmental influences, and genetics all play a role in shaping a person’s experiences. If you’re looking to address the things that may be interfering with your well-being, I’m here to help.

You should feel valued and safe in therapy AND after we finish a session. In my experience, the importance of creating a positive rapport is necessary in order for therapy to be successful. I am certified in TF-CBT, trained in PMTO and utilize a variety of evidence-based, multimodal approaches and interventions.
