I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, and unresolved experiences that continue to impact daily life. I am Master Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which can help reduce the emotional intensity of distressing memories without repeatedly retelling every detail. I help adults work through trauma, anxiety, distressing memories, and emotional triggers using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I also offer focused trauma intensives for clients seeking meaningful progress in a structured, supportive setting.
