Offering virtual sessions for teens and adults experiencing behavioral/mental health symptoms/issues. This may include anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, attention deficits, anger issues, relational issues, and even family dynamic concerns. I enjoy working with those that are in need of guidance, support, and validation with any transitions, traumas, or current relational issues. I am committed to supporting you in creating a safe space to be able to explore the parts of you that you are wanting to make positive changes in to have more full filled relationships with others and yourself.
I have been working as a clinical social worker for 7 years. I have experience with all ages. I enjoy/specialize more in adolescent/young adults. I utilize trauma focused modalities, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, and various relaxation/mindfulness skills. Experience with crisis interventions, school based, and parenting skills
It can be difficult and a big commitment for some to reach out for support with personal and vulnerable issues. If you are contemplating and still have questions/concerns please reach out to me via email or phone. I will do my best to answer all your questions without any commitment at that time. I am currently providing virtual only M/W nights Sa mornings.
