About
*OPENINGS for PREGNANCY, POSTPARTUM, PARENTING, and WOMEN'S ISSUES* Becoming a parent can be one the most exciting times of our lives, though it does not come without its challenges. I am passionate about working with individuals who are pregnant, postpartum, trying to conceive, or experiencing other challenges related to pregnancy or parenthood. You may be struggling with mental health symptoms, or overwhelmed with adjusting to new life circumstances. No matter your situation, we can work together to transform difficult life experiences into and meaningful platforms for positive change within yourself and your relationships.
My goal is to create a warm space for you to feel understood, heard, and respected. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and with the proper non-judgmental support, you can tap into your own innate tools and wisdom for growth and expansion that is authentic to you!
I utilize a holistic and collaborative approach tailored to meet your specific needs, strengths, and goals. I am trained in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International with additional background in spiritually-integrated psychotherapy. Remember, parents cannot give from a depleted source. I would love to hear from you!
