Through the support of therapy, people can live full and meaningful lives while managing mental health symptoms and the challenges they bring. Focusing on patient-centered goals, I will guide you in exploring anxiety and mood issues, cognitive distortions, behaviors that may no longer be serving you, and relationship patterns. We will work together to address your current challenges, with consideration of past experiences (where you come from) and identifying values to support motivation to change (where you want to go).
I have experience working with people from adolescents to adults with issues ranging from serious mental illness, to co-occurring substance use and mental health issues, anxiety and OCD. I also have experience providing trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming therapy and have a special interest in perinatal and postpartum mental health.
Connection is where healing begins. Thank you for taking the step to start therapy!
