Evaluations are conducted for diagnostic clarity to guide treatment, intervention and offer detailed recommendations that will help you succeed and reach your highest potential. Once the evaluation is completed, I will provide a comprehensive report and meet with you to discuss the results, explain the findings and review the recommendations.
My commitment is to make sure that you understand what is in the report and have a clear plan for the next steps. Recommendations are also provided to connect you to appropriate educational, medical and community resources.
