My name is Megan Belville. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor living in Wyoming. I am licensed in both Wyoming and Colorado. I have experience working with individuals from all backgrounds and ages. I am an affirmative therapist who enjoys working with the LGBTQ+ community, various cultural backgrounds, and any who have experienced marginalization and oppression. I strive to create and hold a safe and accepting space for all.
I specialize in treatment of disordered eating, anxiety, OCD, and trauma. My practices include using evidence based treatments such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Written Exposure Therapy for PTSD and Exposure Response Prevention for OCD.
Therapy can be challenging for many reasons, and taking the first step towards reaching out is intimidating. Thus, I offer free, 30 minute initial consultations to help you know exactly what you're getting into. I hope to help you in your journey towards healing.
