I love working with teens and adults with ADHD and neurodivergence. If you’ve ever felt different, or that you don’t fit in…you fit here. I tend to lean towards a more accessible, easy-going approach when helping clients work towards goals important to their journey. I find that bringing humor to the session lends to a more comfortable therapeutic environment. While identifying goals can often be challenging, My aim is to help clients identify strengths and learn the skills needed to make positive changes in their lives.
I use a solution-focused approach to my therapy while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques. My approach to therapy is based on empowerment and supporting people in a way that allows them to be the best versions of themselves.
Learning coping strategies and using mindfulness are key to addressing life’s challenges. At the same time, I realize that each client is different and requires an individualized approach as I support them towards achieving their goals.
