My name is Megan McPeak and I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker in East Syracuse, NY. I provide short and long term individual therapy to adolescents (16 and older) and adults that are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship problems, life transitions, complex family dynamics, chronic illnesses, and other challenges.
In 2026, I earned a certification as a Women's Mental Health Specialist.
My primary clinical approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is effective in helping people to develop positive coping skills and make changes in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
