Do you feel stuck, stressed and anxious, or unsure of which direction to take your relationships, your job, or your life? I can help you get unstuck, back to feeling like yourself and living the life you want. I specialize in the treatment of adults and older adults who are experiencing difficulties related to anxiety, trauma, mood, motivation, psychosis, stress, and life changes (ex: starting college, birth of a child, death of a loved one, end of a relationship or divorce, job change, role change, care giving for a spouse, coping with a serious illness).
I utilize a humanistic, collaborative, and strengths based approach while I implement evidence based treatments. I strive to help client's reach their goals, improve their quality of life, and thrive.
I have daytime appointment availability. Check out my website for my information about my training, my approach, and the treatments I provide. I strive to respond to every email I receive within 72 business hours. If you do not see a response from me, please check your spam folder for a sender from @cocbt.com
