You are deeply caring, yet you may find yourself caught between what you know logically and what you feel emotionally. Perhaps you overthink decisions, struggle to trust yourself, or find yourself repeating patterns in relationship. Many of my clients are those who are sensitive, and curious, struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, attachment concerns and issues rooted in childhood trauma.

You can expect a warm space focused on building connections and understanding your story. I am an empathic, holistic and trauma-informed therapist who is passionate about helping women move forward with greater clarity, resilience and self-wisdom. Some modalities I use are Internal Family Systems, EMDR and CBT. Therapy doesn't need to take forever!

Sometimes taking the first step is the hardest. You know yourself best, and it can be helpful to have a guide along the way as you navigate your own heroine's journey.
