When you are feeling scared, depressed, angry, or like you just don’t fit in, it can be really challenging. Reaching out for help can be difficult, but it is the first step on the path toward healing. I aim to provide a warm, inviting environment in which you feel comfortable teaching me about the real you. I find that true healing comes from finding your authentic, creative, wonderful self, and I can't wait to meet that person with you!
My areas of experience include depression, anger, trauma/PTSD, self-esteem issues, gender and sexuality issues, and nontraditional relationships. I LOVE working with artists who feel they have trouble reaching their creative potential. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a brief therapy that helps our brains resolve traumatic events.
I believe that each person has a unique and important place in this world. I want to help you embrace yourself as wholly and authentically as possible and see what amazing things you can do in the world! I look forward to working with you.
