Looking inward is challenging and rewarding. I take a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy and work with you to establish the best treatment to achieve your goals. I believe safety and the therapeutic relationship are essential for a reparative emotional experience to take place. Through therapy you can have stronger and more meaningful relationships as you learn more about yourself and gain skills for better coping.
I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents and specialize in treatment of adjustment and transitions, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, grief, panic, relationships, self-esteem, stress management, and trauma.
