Hi, I’m Megan! I’m a millennial mom, cat lover, and travel enthusiast. I am a somatic experiencing practitioner and have received my SEP certificate. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an eye movement treatment for trauma, depression and anxiety where you visually process your trauma without having to share details.

Trauma and anxiety hijack your nervous system and create endless cycles of pain and confusion. You’re always waiting for the shoe to drop.
