About
Are you exhausted from anxious thoughts running through your head? Do others often tell you to calm down and relax? Do you feel like everyone thinks you have it all together yet inside you’re screaming? Are ‘slowing down’ and ‘letting go’ phrases that don’t exist in your vocabulary? I specialize in working with those who are struggling with anxiety, adjustment, and would like to heal from past family or relationship traumas. I also work with those experiencing intergenerational trauma.
I am trained in CPT and am seeking IFS level one training as well as SE and Shadow Work. I understand intergenerational and family systems trauma. I have an understanding of the military lifestyle as an Army brat, an Army veteran, and a military spouse of a current retiree. I was born in Germany, moved multiple times, and am a Southern transplant.
Life is hard, messy, and uncertain. You want to learn how to tame the thoughts racing through your head so you can finally breathe and set better boundaries. Wouldn’t it be amazing to learn to control those thoughts and feelings in your body? Things can be different, even if that seems impossible right now.
