I can help you to learn your nervous system and WHY you feel the way you do, including how to heal!
I am trained in somatic therapy, which asks the question: "Where do you feel it in your body?" This is an incredible way to learn how your body stores painful emotions and to gain tools to calm your own nervous system. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an eye movement treatment for trauma. I also love to explore wounded parts using IFS.
Life is hard, messy, and uncertain. It IS possible to navigate through relational, societal, and family trauma and teach your nervous system how to feel safe again. I have extensive training in trauma and have multiple options available for your treatment and healing. I know it's terrifying, but I promise that you will feel safe in treatment.
