I am EMDR trained and specialize in equine assisted psychotherapy, so I utilize traditional therapy models in tandem with horse interactions to facilitate powerful growth and healing!
Horses aren't your thing? I offer virtual sessions, as well as sessions in a beautiful farm setting where you can soak in the peacefulness of nature and regulate your nervous system. There are so many benefits to taking time outside!
