Hello there. I am a compassionate advocate for mental health and the LGBTQIA+ community. I am licensed in Iowa and Nebraska, a certified HeartMath provider, trained in ACT and DBT. My specialty populations include LGBTQIA+, gender and sexuality, stress, anxiety, depression, anger, codependency/ boundary concerns. My counseling approach is centered on getting to know you, your strengths, your challenges, and what your goals are. We can work together to establish a treatment to achieve them.

My primary passion is helping the LGBTQ+ community with LGBT+ informed and affirming care. This ranges from support for those questioning, curious, or struggling with identity and related changes for themselves or their family members to assessment/letters of support for HRT/Surgical interventions in accordance to WPATH standards of care.

The sociopolitical scape has understandably caused uncertainty for many. My commitment to providing informed services remain unwavering.
