About
Hello there. I am a compassionate advocate for mental health, the LGBTQIA+ community, and substance abuse. I am licensed with the State of Iowa and Nebraska, a certified HeartMath provider and trained in Trauma Informed Care I & II. Through my experience I have worked with teenagers, adults, and couples. My specialty populations include LGBTQIA+, gender and sexuality, stress, anxiety, depression, anger, drug and alcohol, and codependency/ boundary concerns.
My counseling approach builds on a simple foundation – getting to know you, what your strengths are, what your challenges are, and what your goals are. We can work together to establish a treatment to achieve them.
Therapy is an individualized journey, through an authentic and collaborative process. I will listen without judgment and provide a safe place for you to feel validated and empowered while making progress on your goals. When you are ready, let me know, I’ll be waiting for you.
