I work with adolescents ages 10+ and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, social difficulties, or life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward. I provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can feel heard, understood, and encouraged as we identify goals, process challenges, build coping tools, and work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and person-centered techniques to help clients better understand themselves, manage emotions, work through challenges and build resilience. I also offer Christian counseling for clients who want to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process while pursuing healing and growth.
